Batch History

Navigate to: Finance -> Batch History

Batch History

The Batch History Page shows the history of batches that have been sent from the Batch Processing Page.

Batch History Filter

Use the Filter Options to limit the list of batches seen in the results. This page can be filtered by Submit Date, Provider, Payer, and/or Invoice Type. Click Search to find results.

Batch History Results

Results of the Filter can be seen. Information displayed include Submit Date, Payer/Provider, Invoice Type, # of Invoices and Net Amount.

Click the Action Item List to see actions available for the batch.

Download Batch File: This will download a batch file that can be reviewed manually or manually submitted to payers.

Print 1500s: Available for 1500 Invoice Types. This will print a black and white 1500 form.

Print Data-Only 1500s: Available for 1500 Invoice Types. This will print the data from the 1500 and allow for printing on a Red Back 1500 form.

Print Invoices: Available for Non-1500 Invoice Types. This will print the invoices.

Print EOBs: This will print Explanation of Benefits of the Primary payer for secondary invoices in the batch, as they are available from ERAs that were imported.

Click [+] to see details of invoices included in the batch file. Information displayed includes Service Date, Call #, Patient, Run Type, RSL (Recommended Service Level), Net Amount and Status.

Click the Action Item List to see actions available on individual invoices.

View Invoice: This will bring up the Claims Edit Page.

Print 1500s: Available for 1500 Invoice Types. This will print a black and white 1500 form.

Print Data-Only 1500s: Available for 1500 Invoice Types. This will print the data from the 1500 and allow for printing on a Red Back 1500 form.

Print Invoices: Available for Non-1500 Invoice Types. This will print the invoices.
