Statement History

Navigate to: A/R Mgmt -> Statement History

Statement History

The Statement History Page shows the history of batches that have been sent from the Batch Processing Page.

Statement History Filter

Use the Filter Options to limit the list of batches seen in the results. This page can be filtered by Sent Date, Patient, Payer, and/or Provider. Search will find results.

Statement History Results

Results of the Filter can be seen. Information displayed include Payer/Provider, Sent Date and Total.

Click to view the Action Item List and see actions available for the batch.

   

   

Reprint: This will reproduce the original pdf to be reprinted.

   

Retransmit: Available when using Zirmed to send statements. This will retransmit the batch to Zirmed.

   

Delete Statement Batch: This will remove the statement batch. Statements included will need to be recreated in a new batch.

   

Click [+] to see details of invoices included in the statement batch. Information displayed includes Patient and Total.

   

   

Click to view the Action Item List and see actions available on individual invoices.

   

   

View Patient Information: Opens Patient Information page

   

Remove From Batch: This will remove this Patient/Invoices from the statement batch. They will be included, as needed, in the next batch created.

   

Click [+] to see details of invoices included for the patient. Information displayed includes Invoice #, Invoice Amount, Invoice Balance, Service Date and Billed Date.

   

   

Click to view the Action Item List and see actions available on individual invoices.

   

   

View Invoice: This will bring up the Claims Edit Page. Click Here for more information on Claims Edit.

   

View Bill Record: Opens the Bill Record page. Click Here for more information on Bill Records.

   

Click [+] to see details of payments on the invoice. Information displayed includes Payment Type, Payment Date and Amount.
