Membership Level

Navigate to: Setup -> RevNet -> Membership Level

Membership Level

This setup page allows for the configuration of the Membership Programs. Enter the Membership Level, Effective Start Date, Effective End Date, Charge, Description and Membership Indicator Color and click Add Membership Level. Membership Indicator allows for the selection of a color for a specific level. The Patient Name will be highlighted in this color when the membership is in effect for the call/Invoice.

Click + to see/add Discount for this Membership Level. Enter information for the discount and click Add Discount.

Percent: Enter the percent of the discount for the membership.

Flat Fee: Enter the Flat Fee amount the patient will need to pay. Note: Cannot enter both Percent and Flat Fee.

Max Charge: Enter the Max the patient will be charged for the service, if applicable.

Max Discount: Enter the Max discount that will be applied for the service, if applicable. Note: Cannot enter both Max Charge and Max Discount.

Medically Necessary: Select if the service provided must be deemed Medically Necessary in order to qualify for the discount.

Insurance: Select if the service must be billed to an insurance company prior to qualifying for the discount.

Household Coverage: Select if this discount applies to all Household members (vs Individual)

Click + to see/add Services for this Discount. Select Type (Service, Mileage, Supply or Medication) and Charge (list depends on type) and click Add Service. Repeat as needed.
