Manager v5.55 MR1 / MobileTouch v6.55 MR1
These HealthEMS Maintenance Releases will be deployed to PROD & EMR on Thursday, July 20th, 2023. The following tasks were deployed to add functionality or resolve the issues described.
HealthEMS Manager
 
1307 A NEMSIS v3.5 custom export is available for the state of South Carolina.
1201 We've added the ET3 custom fields to the NYS NEMSIS v3.4 export.
709 We added options to the Prehospital Care Report Summary & Billing Review Reports for users to include the MTC, PCS, ABN & CAT forms when available.
1331 The Miles Beyond and Miles to Nearest Facility fields were updated to allow decimal values.
1326 Updated instances where the hyperlinks in the Product News details did not work.
1380 Updated the Not Value sent for eInjury.03 and eInjury.04 to Not Recorded when selecting None for Trauma Triage Criteria.
1393 Updated the Additional Transport Mode Descriptor value for the New York State v3.4 export to not send Not Recorded.

As of July 25th, 2023 Agencies will need to update the Lights & Sirens field to Mandatory.
 
MobileTouch
 
1309 IOS 16.5.1 is now supported.
1215 To ensure devices receive the most up-to-date information. When devices are inactive for ninety days or more, MobileTouch will need to be reinstalled.
1296 The ePCRs in MobileTouch dashboard will no longer include forms that have already been exported to HealthEMS when filtering for Deleted status.
1236 When scanning a driver's license, the fields did not auto-select for import.
1239 If sites had "Transferring/Referring physician" set to "Required", the field would be required even if "Service Requested" was not checked and the field was not visible.
1273 The total GCS was not correctly displayed within MobileTouch Viewer.
1231 The Share or Receive options will be hidden when sending an ePCR back to MobileTouch from HealthEMS.
1287 We've updated the Share/Receive button to become active once a Booklet # is assigned.
1316 Corrected instances when attempting to import CAD to an existing form, no matching record was found.
 
Fire
 
1157 When syncing a Fire Incident created from an ePCR, the Apparatus Use was populated in certain situations that may not be correct. The Apparatus Use will no longer be populated except for Vehicles with the following NFIRS Apparatus type setup in the Vehicle setup page:

  • 75 - BLS Unit (EMS)

  • 76 - ALS Unit (EMS)

  • 92 - Chief Officer Car (Other)

  • 99 - Privately Owned Vehicle (Other)

    507 Added validation to the Fire Module to display when "None" is selected for the Number of Acres Burned.
    1210 For completed fire incidents, edits and autosave will no longer be allowed unless the incident is reopened.
    1311 When adding additional module exposures, the validation requirements for the modules were not satisfied.
