		Patient Labels - Membership Renewal Report
		Navigate to: Reports -> Billing -> Patient Label - Membership Renewal
		The Patient Label - Membership Renewal report shows patients whose ambulance memberships are up for renewal. This report is intended to be sent to Excel to allow for Mail Merge to create the patient labels.
		Filter
		The report can be filtered by Service Date, Patient, Days Before Expiration and/or Membership Level. It can be formatted in PDF, XML or Excel.
		Results
		The report displays the following information First Name, Last Name, Address 1, Address 2, City, State, and Zip.
