1. Welcome. Sansio ("Sansio") and its subsidiaries are pleased that you have expressed interest in participating in Sansio’s mySolutions™ Customer Access Program (“mySolutions™”). Sansio believes that it will provide you with faster, easier access to your account information and Sansio's products and services. Sansio reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Electronic Access Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) at any time, and you agree that each visit you make to the Program shall be subject to the current terms and conditions.

2. Getting Started. You will complete a customer ID request form. This form is subject to approval prior to being granted access. You will be notified when your ID has been approved and access is available to you. Sansio reserves the right to cancel access at any time without notice and without cause.

3. Confidentiality. Electronic access via Sansio’s web site to the Program will give you access to Sansio confidential information. You agree that you will use the Sansio confidential information only as may be necessary in the course of fulfilling your business with Sansio, that you will treat such information as strictly confidential, and that you will not otherwise appropriate Sansio confidential information for your own use or the use of any other person or entity. Any ID's and passwords assigned to you are also confidential and must be safeguarded to prevent unauthorized access to the Program.

4. Use. Electronic access via Sansio's web site to the Program is solely for the purpose of giving you access to your account information and Sansio's products and services, and is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

5. Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability. Sansio will exercise reasonable care to provide accurate information to you, our customer. However, Sansio does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information you access. In case of a discrepancy, actual written Sansio documentation will control over information retrieved through the Program. THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SANSIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST REVENUES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF PROSPECTIVE ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE, RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM, OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF SANSIO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANOTHER PARTY. THIS PROGRAM COULD INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS.

6. Copyright. Copyright in the pages and in the screens displaying the pages, and in the information and material therein and in their arrangement, is owned by Sansio, unless otherwise indicated. Any use of the information and materials included in this site unless otherwise indicated, without the written permission from Sansio is prohibited.
