System Unavailability
System Unavailability is defined as an issue within our data center blocking access to the application for your entire agency. If you believe the system to be unavailable, and no users in the agency can log in to the application, then follow these steps:
Step 1. Make sure you can browse other web sites (i.e., www.yahoo.com)
Step 2. Make sure all other PC’s in the agency are having the same problem.
Step 3. If possible, try to access the Internet through other means such as dial-up to ensure the problem is not your local Internet connection.
Step 4. Logout and try to log back in.
